Fake R134a refrigerant (snow) serious troubles will result in air conditioning system:
Because R12 and R134a on compatibility is very different, the two and do not mix, if mixed with, or accessories (mainly freezing lubricating oil) using the wrong, or R134a quality will cause a serious failure of the air conditioning system.
Problems related to refrigerants
Use of fake and shoddy R134a, will appear in the automotive air conditioning system following failure:
Compressor, valve * killed, interrupt the deterioration of the oil smell;
* expansion valve to the evaporator inlet, and even the storage of liquid dryer and other parts of the accumulation of wax emulsion, plug the refrigeration circuit (with the oil is not reasonable to match the oil), it is difficult to remove these deposits;
* the sealing material at the compressor, resulting in leakage of refrigerant;
* after running for a period of time (some of which is the second day of the refrigerant), the cooling capacity of the system is significantly reduced;
* condenser and refrigeration pipeline burst (Guangzhou, a gold cup car, R134a with high pressure gas).
Problems related to the refrigeration oil
In automotive air conditioning, refrigerant and lubricating oil need to be completely dissolved, so as to ensure that the compressor energy source is not required to be lubricated. Mineral oil and R12 dissolved, but with R134a completely immiscible; PAG oil and Poe oil with suitable for R134a lubricants, they do not mix; all kinds of compressors with different types and different grades of lubricating oil and use should be strictly comply with the provisions, not to be confused with, otherwise it will damage the compressor, resulting in system failure.
At present, there are many problems in the air conditioning maintenance industry in China:
R12 in the R134a system for mineral oil;
* PAG and Poe mix; even the same PAG oil (or Poe oil), compressor using different concrete grades are also different, therefore also added wrong oil;
* freezing lubricating oil does not indicate some compressor grades, repair staff do not know should be so gash oil;
* compressor factory regulations of the refrigeration oil specifications are different, the market is often difficult to buy, if you want to buy a small amount of oil, it is more difficult;
* freezing lubricating oil container is not timely, resulting in excessive moisture in the oil, after adding the system, causing the system failure.
A leak
Owners and maintenance personnel often think much refrigerant increases, system will be more cold, but not seriously examine micro leakage (or lack of effective micro leak check means). Because did not find the leak, will not be able to take measures to repair, soon, air conditioning system refrigerant leakage, cooling effect of variation, and to repair station to add refrigerant. A repair station because no leak, a car air-conditioning in the few months, six consecutive times in repair station plus refrigerant.
About operation
* the air conditioning system is opened, the time is longer, the mouth is not taken any measures to prevent moisture, often resulting in the water saturation of the dryer, lose the ability to further absorb moisture in the work, the system will also cause the oil to enter the lubricating oil;
* repair site is dirty, spare parts and repair tools littered, easy to dirt into the open air conditioning system.
Proposed measures
* strengthen the repair station management, training, air conditioning repair personnel should be certified;
* to strengthen the publicity and education and policy management (using recycling, which can also reduce the possibility of false and inferior R134a);
* on the maintenance station should implement the quality assurance compensation system, if the system after the maintenance of the fault is judged to be a refrigerant or oil has a problem, or due to other maintenance problems, the maintenance station should be responsible for compensation;
* to strengthen the management and inspection of refrigerant products;
* introduced the micro leakage advanced, effective inspection methods, such as fluorescent leak detection agent;
* compressor plate and an automobile air conditioning use instructions, should indicate the use of freezing lubricating oil belongs to the category (PAG or POE), types and alternative models and try to increase the installed capacity of small freezing lubricating oil supply channels.
* to strengthen the study of the consequences of different refrigerants and mix oil, in order to guide user education.
